Different Billing and Shipping Addresses
To limit and prevent fraud, all orders with different billing and shipping addresses will require a completed waiver form to be faxed to us. Please fill out this form and be sure to send the mentioned documents long with your fax. Please call the shop before sending your fax or it may not be recieved! We can be reached at 267-335-4337

Return Policies
Any item in new, unused condition may be returned within 30 days of purchase. A return authorization (RMA) number must be first obtained by calling Helix Motorsports at 267-335-4337. A 15% handling and restocking fee will be assessed for each item returned. All returned items must be in as-new, resalable condition. Any item that has been installed on a vehicle will not be accepted for return under any condition. All return shipments must be prepaid and there are no refunds on shipping charges. Shipping insurance on returned items is recommended, as refunds can only be made on as-new, resalable condition items. Please note that certain items such as turbo kits, complete chipped DME/ECU Control Modules, exhaust systems, or special order items are non-returnable or refundable. Deposits for special order items are not refundable.
If an order is shipped incorrectly or the product is defective, we'll reimburse any return shipping costs incurred.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping Conditions
Not all items are kept in stock at all times. Some items require a few days lead time. Orders placed before 1pm EST on in-stock items will usually be shipped the same day.
All items marked with fixed shipping ONLY applies to those within the Continental United States. Those outside of the CON US will be contacted after your order has been placed to finalize shipping payment.
Most orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. Large/heavy items such as intercoolers, exhausts, engine heads, etc may be shipped via FedEx or UPS depending on your location, time of year, or required transit time.
If you would like an order to ship a certain way, please do not hesitate to contact us. We would be more than happy to work with you to accommodate your needs, within reason.
ALL orders over $500 will require a signature at delivery, regardless of courier. If an exception needs to be made, the customer must sign a waiver form to release Helix Motorsports from liability/responsibility should the package be lost, damaged, or stolen. Goods should be inspected upon arrival and if parts are damaged, the courier as well as Helix Motorsports should be notified IMMEDIATELY.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates calculated by our online shopping cart are only estimates and Helix does not guarantee that the shipping rate displayed is the shipping rate that you will be charged. Actual costs are rarely higher than the estimate, but due to variables like remoteness of location, courier surcharges, and acts of God, we cannot guarantee that the online shipping quote will be exact.
Orders placed from outside of the USA are always welcome. However at this time, our website cannot process international orders. Orders totaling over $300 will also require a bank wire transfer.
